Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for IMC/PCU/Stepdown units to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. The nurse will collaborate with healthcare teams to monitor patient progress and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient status.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate effective care delivery.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the relevant state.
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of patient safety standards and infection control protocols.
