Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive patient care, enhance functional recovery, and improve quality of life for diverse populations. This role involves delivering therapeutic interventions, assessments, and patient education within a dynamic healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and developmental needs to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to promote optimal functional abilities and independence.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to achieve therapeutic goals.
• Document clinical findings, treatment activities, and patient progress accurately in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care and ensure patient-centered services.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and strategies for continued progress.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid state or federal-issued identification for facility access.
• Hold a current Occupational Therapy license or certification.
• Demonstrate excellent clinical assessment and intervention skills.
• Have strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Prior experience in outpatient or inpatient therapy settings is preferred.
