Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled ICU Registered Nurse for travel assignment in a busy intensive care unit. The ideal candidate will have extensive critical care experience and be committed to providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients, providing timely interventions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to physician orders and protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient status, treatments, and responses accurately in electronic health records.
• Respond rapidly to changes in patient conditions, adjusting care as needed.
• Ensure compliance with hospital standards, safety regulations, and certification requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid California RN license with uploaded Nursys verification within the last 2 weeks.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from AHA or ARC with valid expiration dates.
• Ability to work every other weekend and participate in on-call rotations based on census.
• Demonstrated proficiency in critical care clinical skills and protocols.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively under pressure.
