Job Summary:
Assist licensed physical therapists in providing rehabilitative services to patients, supporting their recovery and mobility goals. Deliver quality care in a dynamic clinical setting, adhering to safety standards and facility protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Support physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Monitor patients' progress and report updates to the supervising therapist.
• Assist with patient positioning, exercises, and modalities as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment.
• Document patient interactions and progress in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Follow facility policies, including identification badge protocols and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Demonstrate recent experience in outpatient or inpatient rehabilitation settings.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to lift, move, and assist patients with mobility needs.
• Maintain compliance with confidentiality and privacy regulations.
• Exhibit flexibility to work scheduled weekdays, with reliable attendance.
