Job Summary:
Assist licensed physical therapists in delivering patient-centered rehabilitation care. Support treatment plans and ensure optimal outcomes through clinical assistance and patient engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Implement prescribed therapeutic interventions under supervision.
• Document patient progress and update treatment records accurately.
• Prepare treatment areas and assist with therapeutic equipment setup.
• Educate patients on exercises and post-treatment care to promote recovery.
• Adhere to safety protocols and clinical policies to ensure patient safety.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and follow clinical guidelines.
• Previous experience in outpatient or hospital rehabilitation settings preferred.
