Job Summary:
Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans to improve mobility and functional outcomes within a skilled nursing facility setting. Provide quality patient care under supervision to support rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in evaluating patient conditions and gather relevant clinical information.
• Implement prescribed therapeutic interventions and exercises.
• Monitor and document patient progress and report to supervising therapists.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of treatment areas and equipment.
• Educate patients and family members on therapeutic activities and exercises.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or certification.
• Possess prior experience working in skilled nursing or rehab facilities.
• Demonstrate strong patient care and communication skills.
• Able to follow treatment plans and clinical guidelines accurately.
• Maintain current CPR and basic life support (BLS) certifications.
