Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care in Medical Surgical/Tele units during 3x12 night shifts. This position requires experienced nursing professionals capable of managing patient needs in a fast-paced environment while adhering to compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and monitor patient conditions to ensure optimal care outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient progress and interventions accurately in Epic electronic health records.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital protocols.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergent situations, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Maintain compliance with travel and licensing regulations, including onboarding and module completion.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state or compact state with in-hand license.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry units.
• Demonstrated ability to chart accurately using Epic electronic health records.
• Ability to work night shifts (19:00 - 07:00) with float capabilities to units of similar acuity.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient-care skills.
• Willingness to comply with travel, onboarding, and compliance regulations.
