Job Summary:
Provides specialized respiratory therapy services to patients, ensuring the safe and effective delivery of respiratory care. Works collaboratively with healthcare teams to assess, monitor, and manage respiratory conditions across varied clinical settings.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor respiratory treatments and therapies in accordance with physician orders.
• Evaluate patients’ respiratory status and develop individualized care plans.
• Operate and troubleshoot respiratory equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and safety.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and recovery outcomes.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and respond promptly to emergency situations.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in respiratory therapy within a specialized setting.
• Hold current GA RRT Licensure and RRT Certification from NBRC.
• Maintain active AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and respiratory management skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Be flexible to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
