Job Details

Job Summary:
Provide high-quality outpatient nursing care in an ambulatory clinic setting. Support patient needs through assessment, education, and direct care while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient care by assessing health status and developing individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, procedures, and preventive care.
• Document patient interactions and clinical activities in the electronic health record.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety policies at all times.

Qualifications:

• Current LVN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant outpatient or clinic experience.
• Strong knowledge of nursing policies, procedures, and documentation practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• BLS certification required.
