Job Summary:
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an outpatient ambulatory care setting. Support physicians and healthcare teams by managing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and document medical histories accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient responses.
• Educate patients on health management, medication use, and post-care instructions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care plans.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid LVN or LPN license in good standing.
• Proven experience in outpatient or ambulatory care settings.
• Strong clinical skills in vital signs, medication administration, and patient assessment.
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety protocols.
