Job Details

Job Summary:
Provide outpatient nursing care in an ambulatory care setting, supporting patient health and wellness initiatives. Administer vaccinations and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer flu vaccines and other immunizations following established protocols.
• Assess patient needs and update medical histories as required.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, vaccination benefits, and post-procedure care.
• Document nursing interventions accurately within electronic health records.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures consistently.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to coordinate patient care.

Qualifications:

• Current LVN or LPN license in good standing.
• Proven experience in outpatient or ambulatory care settings preferred.
• Knowledge of immunization protocols and infection control standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours and maintain professional composure.
