Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive therapy services for patients in a contract capacity. The ideal candidate will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and monitor progress.
• Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and injury prevention.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state or federal occupational therapy license.
• Proven experience in delivering occupational therapy services in various clinical settings.
• Demonstrate strong assessment, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to adhere to facility policies and wear a photo badge at all times.
