Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive therapeutic services to patients in need. The ideal candidate will develop personalized treatment plans to improve patients' functional abilities and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs to determine suitable interventions.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting therapy approaches as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and strategies for ongoing improvement.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Possess a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or relevant field.
• Demonstrate clinical experience in therapeutic intervention and patient assessment.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams.
