Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide expert outpatient rehabilitation services. The candidate will assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and functional outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions through comprehensive assessments.
• Develop and modify personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and progress.
• Administer manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management techniques, and post-treatment exercises.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, progress notes, and clinical evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Hold current state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience.
• Proven experience in sports medicine, post-surgical rehabilitation, or orthopedics.
• Demonstrate proficiency in manual therapy, dry needling, and therapeutic modalities.
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
