Job Summary:
Provide specialized emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced, high-volume trauma center environment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely, effective, and compassionate treatment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions upon arrival and prioritize care based on acuity.
• Administer treatments, medications, and interventions per clinical protocols.
• Monitor patient progress, communicate findings, and update clinical documentation accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and support staff to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, procedures, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain readiness and compliance with all required certifications and hospital standards.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license with at least 2 years of experience in a Level 2 trauma or comprehensive stroke center.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in an Emergency Department setting.
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS, and ENPC (within 90 days).
• Proven ability to work efficiently in high-pressure, high-volume environments.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and real-time feedback skills.
• Flexible to work across all areas of the Emergency Department.
