Job Details

Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care in the Emergency Department to stabilize and treat patients with urgent and critical conditions. Collaborate with medical teams to ensure efficient and quality patient outcomes during high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients upon arrival and prioritize care based on acuity levels.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor vital signs and observe patient responses to treatments.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Respond quickly to emergency situations and deploy appropriate life-saving measures.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of recent ER nursing experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in emergency procedures and trauma care.
• Exhibit strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including evenings and nights.
• Maintain current CPR and ACLS certifications.
