Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide specialized respiratory care in a hospital setting. This role involves working evening shifts with alternating schedules, supporting pediatric and neonatal patients while adhering to facility protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments to neonatal and pediatric patients based on physician orders.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all procedures and patient progress in Epic EMR system.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal respiratory support and patient safety.
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota RRT license or pending license with obtained start date.
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU/Pediatric Respiratory Therapy experience preferred.
• NBRC RRT certification required.
• Accepts first-time travelers, with 25+ miles from the facility.
• Current certifications in NRP, PALS, and ACLS.
• Epic EMR experience preferred.
