Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide patient care for neonatal and pediatric populations. The role involves night shifts with alternating schedules, ensuring high-quality respiratory support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and monitor neonatal and pediatric patients requiring respiratory support.
• Administer ventilator management, nebulizer treatments, and other respiratory therapies as prescribed.
• Document patient care interventions accurately in Epic electronic health records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, certification, and hospital safety standards.
• Participate in holiday coverage and mandatory training or lab work as required.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Minnesota RRT license or have pending registration with confirmation by start date.
• Possess at least 2 years of NICU/pediatric respiratory therapy experience.
• Be certified in NRP, PALS, and ACLS.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Epic charting systems.
• Be willing to work night shifts and every other weekend, with flexible holiday availability.
• Accepts first-time travelers with proper licensing and compliance adherence.
