Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide specialized respiratory care in a hospital environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in neonatal and pediatric patient care with strong adherence to clinical protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and monitor patients requiring respiratory support, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Administer ventilator management and perform advanced airway procedures.
• Document patient progress and treatments accurately in Epic or equivalent electronic charting systems.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop tailored respiratory care plans.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements including NBRC, PALS, NRP, and ACLS certifications.
• Complete mandated lab work, fingerprinting, and licensing processes within required timeframes.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Minnesota RRT license or pending license with start date compliance.
• Possess at least 2 years of neonatal and pediatric RRT experience preferred.
• Be credentialed with NBRC RRT certification.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Epic electronic health records.
• Be at least 25 miles away from the facility to qualify as a traveler per policy.
• Hold current certifications in NRP, PALS, and ACLS.
