Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled IR/Special Procedures RN to provide specialized nursing care in imaging and interventional procedures. The role requires delivering exceptional patient support and ensuring safety throughout complex diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assist with IR, CT, US, MRI, NM, and fluoroscopy procedures.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes during procedures.
• Prepare and sterilize equipment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Educate patients about procedures, addressing questions and alleviating concerns.
• Document procedures, patient responses, and care provided accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and radiology team to deliver quality patient care.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a specialty-specific nursing role.
• Valid RN license and current AHA BLS certification.
• Credentialed ACLS certification required; PALS preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of imaging procedures and patient preparation protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to work in high-pressure environments and handle emergency situations effectively.
