Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Radiology Technologist with specialized Cath Lab experience to support cardiac procedures in a fast-paced hospital setting. The ideal candidate will be proficient in scrubbing and x-ray techniques within the Cath Lab environment, ensuring high-quality patient care and procedural success.

Responsibilities:

• Operate imaging equipment and assist during complex cardiac procedures such as LHC, RHC, TAVR, TEER, and ECMO.
• Ensure patient safety by administering moderate sedation and monitoring vitals throughout procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Merge system and adhere to hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to prepare and position patients for procedures.
• Follow established infection control and safety procedures, including dress code policies.
• Provide support for advanced procedures such as Impella and ICD/PPM device placement.

Qualifications:

• Valid ARRT (R) certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology setting.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Demonstrated proficiency in scrubbing and x-ray imaging during cardiac procedures.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and participate in self-scheduling with call commitments.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
