Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Cath Lab Techs for a 13-week travel assignment in a fast-paced cardiovascular unit. The role involves supporting various minimally invasive cardiac procedures with a focus on patient safety and team collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations and electrophysiology procedures.
• Operate and maintain complex cath lab equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Assist physicians in preparing patients and procedure setups, adhering to safety protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to emergent situations during procedures.
• Document all procedures accurately within the electronic medical record system.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient workflow and patient care.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting.
• Current RCIS or Cardiovascular Nursing certification.
• Valid state license and BLS/ACLS certification required.
• Demonstrate proficiency with cath lab procedures such as PCI, TAVR, EP studies, and device implantations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
