Job Summary:
The Emergency Room Registered Nurse provides immediate patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. They assess, triage, and stabilize patients while collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Triage incoming patients to determine priority levels based on condition severity.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and clinical progress.
• Assist with emergency procedures and life-saving interventions.
• Educate patients and families on post-visit care and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working in an emergency room setting.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in high-stress environments.
