Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to provide emergency care in a fast-paced ER environment. The ideal candidate will deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing services and effectively manage patient flow during high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and prioritize emergency patients based on acuity levels.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess responses to interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and update care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-stress environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
