Job Summary:

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment. Assess, coordinate, and implement treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' conditions rapidly and accurately upon arrival.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid RN license and current state licensure.
• Demonstrate minimum of 2 years experience in emergency nursing.
• Hold BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Exhibit strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Communicate effectively with diverse patient populations.
