Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown units during night shifts, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes and adherence to clinical protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor cardiac telemetric patient care, including interpretation of dysrhythmias.
• Manage peripheral lines, PICC lines, and titrate intravenous drips accurately.
• Conduct assessments and implement care plans for critically ill patients.
• Float between all campuses as needed, maintaining flexibility and compliance with hospital policies.
• Ensure timely completion of modules and compliance requirements during orientation.
• Adhere to all safety, licensing, and documentation standards, including local policies and EMR procedures.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license in good standing.
• Possess at least 2 years of recent experience in IMC/PCU/Stepdown nursing.
• Demonstrate proficiency with EPIC EMR and pass a required EKG exam.
• Certified in BLS, ACLS, and NIH.
• Experienced in management of dysrhythmias, peripheral lines, and titrating IV medications.
• Able to work 3x12 night shifts, including holidays and weekends, with no-call requirement.
