Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to support patient rehabilitation and recovery. Responsible for assisting licensed therapists in delivering quality care according to treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
• Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and therapies to support recovery.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license or certification.
• Proven experience supporting therapy teams in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of physical therapy techniques and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a healthcare team.
• Must bring a valid state or federal ID and wear a photo badge at all times.
