Job Summary:

Provide measurable support to licensed physical therapists in delivering patient care and rehabilitation services. Assist in implementing treatment plans and monitoring patient progress to promote optimal recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed physical therapists in evaluating patient needs and developing treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities as directed by the supervising therapist.
• Monitor and document patient responses and progress throughout treatment sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and equipment.
• Educate patients and family members on therapeutic exercises and home care instructions.
• Comply with all safety, regulatory, and documentation protocols.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Valid license or certification to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Proven experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively within a team.
• Knowledge of current therapeutic techniques and safety procedures.
