Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for Medical Surgical unit to provide comprehensive patient care. The RN will deliver quality nursing services, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, including titration of drips such as heparin based on lab results.
• Monitor and operate telehealth systems, including remote oversight by monitor techs.
• Collaborate with charge nurses, nurse aides, and PCTs to coordinate patient care activities.
• Document patient data accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policies.
• Respond to patient needs promptly and adapt to changing clinical situations.

Qualifications:

• Active, unexpired RN license required.
• Must hold current BLS and NIHSS certifications.
• Experience in Medical Surgical nursing preferred.
• Ability to work within a 30-mile radius, complying with travel and licensing regulations.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills.
