Job Summary:
Provides comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room setting, ensuring prompt and effective treatment according to established standards. Supervises and coordinates care activities with multidisciplinary teams while demonstrating critical thinking and clinical judgment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and collect relevant patient data to determine health status and care needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to achieve desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver safe, compassionate, and efficient patient care.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff, ensuring proper care coordination.
• Participate in discharge planning and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Possess at least two years of recent experience in emergency or acute care settings.
• Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
