Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist to provide patient care in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience and hold active certifications, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients' respiratory status to determine appropriate treatment.
• Administer ventilator support, aerosol therapies, and other respiratory treatments.
• Document patient responses and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.
• Ensure all certifications are current and in hand at the time of deployment.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Ohio RRT license and active NBRC certification.
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of experience as an RRT in a clinical environment.
• Possess current BLS certification.
• Be able to complete and pass required background checks and drug screens.
• Provide two recent managerial references from the past 12 months.
• Be nicotine-free and pass a negative drug screen within 12 months of start date.
