Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods in a high-acuity hospital setting. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' progress and vital signs regularly to monitor labor and fetal well-being.
• Administer medications and interventions per physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Support patients through labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery with emotional and physical care.
• Collaborate with physicians, doulas, and support staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, including high-risk situations, cesarean sections, and neonatal care needs.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license and required certifications (NRP, BLS/ALS).
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience, including high-risk cases.
• Demonstrate proficiency in fetal monitoring and urgent obstetric procedures.
• Exhibit excellent communication, adaptability, and interpersonal skills.
• Be available for a 13-week travel assignment starting on 10/05/2026.
