Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist plays a vital role in delivering comprehensive rehabilitative services to patients across inpatient and outpatient settings. This professional assesses, plans, and implements individualized therapy programs to improve patient mobility and function.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercises, and modalities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and injury prevention.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Monitor and maintain therapy equipment, including hydrotherapy pools.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrate proficiency in orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal therapy.
• Experience in inpatient, outpatient, and home care settings preferred.
• Possess excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• BLS certification required.
