Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients, focusing on improving mobility and physical function. Deliver individualized assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and execute therapy interventions to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions through comprehensive assessments.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Perform therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and flexibility.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and strategies for ongoing rehabilitation.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Proven experience in outpatient or inpatient settings preferred.
