Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide compassionate patient care, focusing on rehabilitation and functional recovery. The ideal candidate will use evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes and enhance quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient's physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to promote mobility, strength, and functional independence.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care delivery.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid State Physical Therapist license.
• Possess a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Preferably have experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings.
• Maintain current CPR and BLS certification.
