Job Summary:
Provide occupational therapy support to patients under the supervision of a licensed therapist. Assist in implementing treatment plans and helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting patient assessments and evaluating progress.
• Implement therapeutic activities and interventions as directed by the occupational therapist.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and progress notes.
• Ensure safety and comfort of patients during therapy sessions.
• Adhere to facility policies and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current state certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA).
• Have completed an accredited OTA educational program.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Maintain current CPR and first aid certifications.
