Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patient rehabilitation and recovery efforts. The role involves collaborating with healthcare teams to provide quality therapy services to patients in need.

Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic activities and exercises to patients according to prescribed protocols.
• Monitor patient progress and document responses to therapy interventions.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring adherence to infection control policies.
• Communicate patient status and treatment updates to the supervising occupational therapists.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) credential or license.
• Demonstrate proficiency in therapeutic techniques and patient care.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have prior experience working with diverse patient populations preferred.
• Be able to stand, walk, and assist patients with mobility activities.
