Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ICU RN to provide exceptional care in a night shift setting. This contract offers the opportunity for first-time travelers and includes flexible scheduling options with potential for extended hours.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive patient care to critically ill ICU patients.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document all clinical assessments and interventions accurately in electronic health records.
• Float to related units as needed based on facility requirements.
• Complete onsite modules and participate in orientation to ensure compliance and preparedness.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license, with NM or Compact license accepted prior to start.
• Possess a minimum of 1.5 years of ICU experience in a hospital setting.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently during night shifts.
• Be willing to float within facility units based on operational needs.
• Have proficiency in critical care procedures and PCP/EKG monitoring.
• Pass travel compliance checks and background screening.
