Job Summary:
Provide specialized critical care nursing support in the ICU during night shifts, ensuring high-quality patient care and safety. This role requires flexibility to float across multiple units within the hospital as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive patient care in the ICU, adhering to clinical protocols and standards.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Float to related units such as MS, Stepdown, PCU, ER, and CVICU, maintaining clinical excellence.
• Complete all required modules and documentation during orientation and throughout assignment.
• Comply with travel and licensing requirements, including completing labs and obtaining necessary licenses prior to start.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active NM licensure or pending NM license with acceptance for travel.
• Demonstrate 1.5+ years of ICU nursing experience.
• Ability to work night shifts (4x12 hours) and weekends as required.
• Possess current certifications in BLS and ACLS.
• Capable of effective communication and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
• Meet travel compliance and local radius policies.
