Job Summary:
Seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses for night shift assignments. These contracts offer travel opportunities with flexible hours and immediate start dates, requiring clinical expertise in intensive care settings.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU environment, monitoring critically ill patients.
• Administer medications, treatments, and support life-saving interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Adhere to facility protocols, safety standards, and infection control procedures.
• Float to similar units as needed, with a brief orientation provided.

Qualifications:

• Valid NM/Compact Nursing License or pending license accepted prior to start.
• Minimum of 1.5 years of ICU experience in a hospital setting.
• Ability to work night shift (4x12 hours) and weekends.
• Demonstrate competency in critical care procedures and patient monitoring.
• Pass background checks and adhere to travel compliance requirements.
• Must be able to obtain fingerprints and meet travel safety policies.
