Job Summary:
Seeking a full-time CT/Radiology Technician to join our Imaging Team in a rural medical center. The role involves performing advanced diagnostic imaging procedures with a focus on patient safety and quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform and optimize CT procedures following prescribed techniques and protocols.
• Prepare and position patients, ensuring immobilization and support devices are correctly applied.
• Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment, perform quality control tests, and document reports.
• Maintain a clean and sterile environment by daily cleaning of the x-ray room and equipment.
• Assist with scheduling, patient intake, and general administrative tasks as needed.
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines to minimize exposure for patients and staff.

Qualifications:

• Hold certification from an AMA-approved radiologic technologist training program.
• ARRT registered in radiography, with MRI registration preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in computed tomography with CT certification.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of radiation safety and patient care standards.
