Position Highlights

• Elementary school setting
• K–2 student caseload
• Support students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and complete required documentation
• Interviewing now for an October start

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language evaluations and therapy services
• Develop and implement IEP goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor student progress and communicate with families and staff
• Support students in achieving academic and communication success

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Maryland Department of Education certification (or eligibility, if required)
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
