Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Registered Nurses for IMC/PCU/Stepdown units to provide compassionate and expertly managed patient care during night shifts. Candidates must be adaptable to different clinical settings and capable of managing complex patient needs independently. The role includes rotating every other weekend and floating to other units as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Administer direct patient care in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units, following established protocols.
• Assume charge nurse responsibilities and coordinate patient care activities on assigned shifts.
• Float between units, including ED and MCH, to meet staffing and patient care needs.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license for the state.
• Proven experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units preferred.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
