Job Summary:

Provide specialized nursing care to adult patients within a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and detect changes in condition.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Medical Surgical/Telemetry experience.
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work flexible night shift hours.
