Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive patient care on a 12-bed Medical Surgical/Tele unit, managing a patient ratio of 1:4. Deliver quality nursing services across a variety of diagnoses, including respiratory, renal, diabetic, infectious, and cardiac conditions, primarily during night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physicians' orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and recognize early signs of deterioration.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress in electronic health records.
• Adhere to facility policies regarding floating, travel, and schedule requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license, with pending licenses accepted and in-hand before start date.
• Demonstrate at least 1-year clinical experience in a Medical Surgical or Telemetry setting.
• Possess Epic electronic medical record system experience.
• BLS certification is required.
• Ability to work night shifts (3x12 hours).
• Must comply with travel, background, and certification requirements specified by the facility.
