Job Summary:
Seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a full-time float position across multiple locations. This role requires flexibility, with shifts assigned 2-4 hours prior to start time, primarily working night shifts (3x12 hours).

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced respiratory care and support to patients in various clinical settings.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with all certification, licensing, and travel requirements.
• Complete necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Adhere to facility policies including drug screens, background checks, and nicotine-free environment standards.
• Maintain active certifications, including NBRC and BLS, and participate in annual competency modules.

Qualifications:

• Hold active NBRC and BLS certifications.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years' clinical experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Have current references from recent supervisor or director in the last 12 months.
• Be able to pass background checks with no license violations.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work multiple locations with short notice.
• Successfully complete travel compliance requirements and annual competency modules.
