Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care, focusing on rehabilitation and mobility improvement. The role involves delivering therapy services in accordance with licensing standards and facility protocols to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, and function.
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care strategies.
• Remain compliant with licensing requirements and facility policies.
• Maintain equipment and ensure a safe, clean environment for therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess prior experience in setting up and managing therapy equipment.
• Demonstrate proficiency in documentation and clinical recordkeeping.
• Have a minimum of one year of relevant therapy experience, preferably with outpatient or rehab settings.
• Be able to work day shifts with reliable attendance.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and professional conduct.
