Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients to support their recovery and improve mobility. Work within a healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical abilities and develop tailored therapy plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to promote healing and mobility.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient evaluations, progress, and treatment details accurately.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy exercises and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and intervention skills.
• Possess excellent communication and patient care abilities.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Be able to work effectively in a team environment.
