Job Summary:
Provide direct physical therapy services to patients, assessing their needs and developing individualized treatment plans. Ensure safe and effective rehabilitation to promote patient mobility and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate therapeutic treatment plans.
• Implement therapy protocols tailored to each patient's needs and progress.
• Monitor and document patient responses to treatments and adjust plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, techniques, and injury prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all clinical activities.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid license as a Physical Therapist in the respective state.
• Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or higher.
• Demonstrate excellent assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Exhibit strong communication and patient management abilities.
• Have prior experience working in diverse clinical settings preferred.
• Be committed to Continuing Education and professional development.
