Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and establish treatment objectives.
• Develop and implement customized therapy programs based on patient needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy exercises and injury prevention.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic health records.
• Comply with all licensing, certification, and facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid California Physical Therapist license.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
• Epic electronic health record experience preferred.
• Willing to work weekends and float within scope as needed.
• Must be able to complete onboarding modules within designated timeframes.
